Ingredients

  • Banana  - 1
  • Egg   -1
  • Sugar   -   1/4 cup
  • Oil    -   1/3 cup
  • All Purpose Flour  -   3/4 cup 
  • Baking Powder  -  1/2 tsp
  • Baking Soda -  a pinch
Step-by-step Instructions

  • Remove the skin of the banana
  • Mash well

  • Add egg, sugar and oil

                           
  • Mix well
  • Keep aside
  • Take another bowl 
  • Add dry ingredients
  • Mix well
  • Finally, add dry ingredients to the banana mixture
  • Take a muffin tray
  • Add mixture to it
  • Place in a 180-degree preheated oven for 20 minutes
