Egg  Muffins for Babies | Baby Led Weaning

                                              Egg Muffins are a great breakfast, dinner, or snack idea to give to kids. This is a great recipe to use as a  baby led weaning.This recipe is also healthy for kids as I have added spinach to this recipe. Whenever I try to give a recipe, I try to make some changes to it.
                                              
              

INGREDIENTS
  •    Spinach - 1/4 cup
  •    Carrot     - 1/4 cup
  •    Egg - 2
  •    Black pepper - 1 tsp
  •    Salt as needed
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
  •     In a bowl add egg, salt, and pepper
  •      Mix
  •      Add carrot and spinach
  •       Mix
  •     Apply oil to the muffin pan
  •     Pour the egg mixture
  •      Place in a 180-degree preheated oven for 15 minutes
  •      Ready
