Egg Muffins for Babies | Baby Led Weaning
Egg Muffins are a great breakfast, dinner, or snack idea to give to kids. This is a great recipe to use as a baby led weaning.This recipe is also healthy for kids as I have added spinach to this recipe. Whenever I try to give a recipe, I try to make some changes to it.
INGREDIENTS
- Spinach - 1/4 cup
- Carrot - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 2
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Salt as needed
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl add egg, salt, and pepper
- Mix
- Add carrot and spinach
- Mix
- Apply oil to the muffin pan
- Pour the egg mixture
- Place in a 180-degree preheated oven for 15 minutes
- Ready
