Potato Patties are the best option for a kid's snack. I making patties as part of the baby-led weaning journey. Potatoes are a great source of energy. It contains a lot of nutrients. It is an easy potato patties recipe for toddlers, kids, and babies. 
                            One of the biggest challenges is finding new or exciting finger foods easy for babies to eat. They are perfect for baby-led weaning at 6 months.



HEALTH BENEFITS OF POTATO

  • Potatoes are rich in vitamin C and it also contains potassium.
  • Potatoes also contain a lot of fiber.
  • Potatoes have high-quality protein.

INGREDIENTS

  • Mashed potato - 2 cups
  • Cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsP

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS


  • In a mixing bowl add all ingredients

  • Mix
  • Make patties


  • Dip in all-purpose flour

  • In a pan add butter
  •  Cook both sides
  •  Serve



TIPS
  1. Do not give the salt if your baby is less than one year old.
  2. You can use olive oil instead of butter.
