Vegetable Pasta
Pasta gives our babies around 6 months. Pasta is a great option as a finger food.
INGREDIENTS
- Pasta - 1 cup
- Olive oil
- Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Capsicum - 1 tbsp
- Green Peas - 1 tbsp
- Carrot - 1 tbsp
- Mozerralla Cheese - 1/2 cup
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(optional)
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook Pasta
- In a pan add oil
- Add garlic and other vegetables
- Saute
- Add cooked pasta and cheese
- Saute
- Serve and enjoy.
TIPS
- Don't add salt to vegetable pasta if your baby is under 1 year old, younger babies should not have too much salt.
- I prefer to cook the pasta 3 - 4 minutes longer so it is easy to bite our babies
STORAGE SUGGESTIONS
- I recommended freezing in food storage trays.
- It can be stored for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
