Vegetable Pasta Recipe For Kids

                                       Vegetable Pasta



                                            Vegetable pasta is a quick and simple recipe for our children.
Pasta gives our babies around 6 months. Pasta is a great option as a finger food.


INGREDIENTS
  • Pasta - 1 cup
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Capsicum - 1 tbsp
  • Green Peas - 1 tbsp
  • Carrot - 1 tbsp
  • Mozerralla Cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(optional)
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cook Pasta
  • In a pan add oil
  • Add garlic and other vegetables
  • Saute
  • Add cooked pasta and cheese
  • Saute
  • Serve and enjoy.
TIPS
  • Don't add salt to vegetable pasta if your baby is under 1 year old, younger babies should not have too much salt.
  • I prefer to cook the pasta 3 - 4 minutes longer so it is easy to bite our babies
STORAGE SUGGESTIONS
  •  I recommended freezing in food storage trays. 
  •  It can be stored for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
