                       Dry Fruits Milkshake is my favorite recipe which I make to give to my kids in the morning. it helps them to get good nutrients to our toddlers their body after giving it a day. 



Ingredients


  • Cashew nuts - 4
  • Pistachio - 4
  • Walnuts - 4
  • Almonds - 4
  • Dates - 2
  • Milk - 1 cup
Step-by-step instructions

  • All dry fruits are soaked for 1 hour
  • Take a blender jar
  • Add soaked dry fruits into it
  • Blend
  • Serve 
TIPS

  • Soak almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, pistachios, and dates at least 45 minutes.
  • If you like the flavor of cardamom, you can add it while blending.
