Dry Fruits Milkshake is my favorite recipe which I make to give to my kids in the morning. it helps them to get good nutrients to our toddlers their body after giving it a day.
Ingredients
- Cashew nuts - 4
- Pistachio - 4
- Walnuts - 4
- Almonds - 4
- Dates - 2
- Milk - 1 cup
Step-by-step instructions
TIPS
- Soak almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, pistachios, and dates at least 45 minutes.
- If you like the flavor of cardamom, you can add it while blending.
