INGREDIENTS

- Milk - 1 cup
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Apples contain fiber, vitamin C, and potassium.

- In this apple banana smoothie, I have used cow's milk and for babies under one year, it is always better to include formula milk or breast milk.
