Peanut Butter and Banana Roll-Ups

                      Peanut Butter and Banana Roll-ups



                               These bread rollups are easy to make and your kid will love them. I offer these roll-ups to my kids then they enjoy it.  You can serve these roll-ups as a snack or breakfast. Peanut butter banana roll-ups are healthy for babies and toddlers.

INGREDIENTS

  • Bread slices
  • Egg -2
  • Milk - 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Banana slices


STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take bread slices
  • Cut off the ends of the bread
  • Flatten bread with a rolling pin
  • Spread peanut butter on top of the bread
  • Put the bananas

  • Roll

  • Mix
  • Dip each roll in  egg mixture
  • In a pan add butter
  • Add each roll
  • Cook both sides       


TIPS
  • The banana can be replaced with other fruits like strawberries.
  • You can serve the roll-ups without dipping in batter.

  • These roll-ups can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
