                                      Spinach Omelette Recipe for Babies, Kids, and Toddlers.

                                              Spinach Omelet is a great breakfast for kids. I always want to give my kids a very healthy breakfast and one of them is this spinach omelette.


INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs - 3
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Spinach - 1 cup
  • Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 cup

 STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

      
  •  In a bowl add eggs and black pepper
  •  Whisk
  • Add spinach to it
  • Mix
  • In a pan add coconut oil
  • Add egg mixture
  • Spread it
  • Add cheese on top
  • Cook until cheese is melted  


TIPS
  • Omelettes are another baby led weaning recipe.
  • If it is given to babies of six months, the cheese part can be omitted.
